Workout with WyMy, discover its power and utility through the largest collection of fitness exercises packed into a single app and available in a totally and unlimited way.

WyMy is useful for carrying out your training in complete autonomy and in complete freedom at home or in the gym, thanks to the animated exercises able to show the correct execution for each one.

WyMy puts at your complete disposal all its exercises, categorized by equipment and muscle groups, which you can consult quickly and easily thanks to its functional search mode.

Create your Playlist by choosing the exercises you want to execute, click Play and start your workout! During the execution of the Playlist, you can register your results and start a rest period in between your exercises. You can create up to 30 Playlists containing up to 20 exercises!

Plan your workouts in more detail with our Routines. You can set up three different types of series: simple series, super series, and mixed super series. In addition, you can decide how to perform your workouts: repetitions, repetitions + load, time and distance.
Explore our vast collection of pre-set Routines or create your own Routines tailored just for you! While performing the Routine, you can record your results in the history, perform recovery time between exercises, and take advantage of the Timer to perform your timed exercises.
